This programme is for people who facilitate meetings on a regular basis and are looking to enhance their ability to achieve favourable meeting outcomes. It is highly interactive and tailored to the specific needs of participants. It covers:
- building awareness of facilitation strengths and areas for development
- frameworks for planning for outcomes-focused facilitations
- discussion, group work and practise facilitations directly relating to your context and workplace
- skills development and exercises.

LEADING POSITIVE CHANGE course
This course is for anyone who is experiencing change in the workplace. It covers:
- understanding the process of change and how we typically respond to change
- managing ourselves and others to stay resilient during change
- techniques for dealing with ambiguity in the workplace
- practical tools and frameworks to apply on a day to day basis.

Persuasion and Influencing Skills programme
This programme is for anyone in a leadership role do develop advanced interpersonal skills in working with others. The course is highly interactive and tailored to the specific needs of the participants. It covers:
- building self-awareness of persuasion strengths and areas for development
- frameworks for planning for influencing events
- strategies for understanding how to work with others in a persuasive manner
- discussions, group work and role plays which directly relating to your workplace
- questioning to gain insight and information
- listening skills and rapport
- structure of persuasion in your environment
